The multi-million rupee project—undertaken for the Road Development Authority (RDA)—fundamentally re-engineered one of the most heavily congested maritime, industrial, and commuter choke points in Mauritius. By eliminating the problematic Quay D roundabout, the project targeted seamless traffic flow along the Motorway M2 while safeguarding heavily utilized logistic corridors connecting the central port areas, Marine Road, and Military Road (B30).
