As the premier and oldest 4-star resort on the island (initially inaugurated in 1992), Cotton Bay required a major structural modernization to upscale its facilities, expand its guest capacity, and integrate sustainable, climate-resilient engineering frameworks without disrupting its signature beachfront aesthetic.
